Who is SOSSAS for?
SOSSAS is for individuals seeking to elevate their leadership, social-emotional, and communication skills. Participants of the program have included but are not limited to: elected officials, teachers, community leaders and organizers, administrators, and more. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive learning environment, so all walks of life are welcome.

Instead of prescriptive, short-term problem-solving, we are future-oriented, focusing on cognitive and higher-order thinking so that people can create the future we all want. It’s a fundamentally different starting point.

What are some ways you can help my organization?
SOSSAS can help your organization both in skills and in the necessary internal work to see lasting, positive change. Specifically, we can help with communication skills, social-emotional skills, leadership paradigms, imparting individual responsibility, and more. We encourage you to read through our course offerings to better understand the topics and determine what addresses your organization’s needs. We are also happy to arrange a one-on-one call to learn more so we can recommend courses accordingly.
Synergy in our organization feels hopeless, can you help?
We know this feeling well and our courses can definitely help! Those who take our courses are elevated in their thinking, perspectives, and skill levels to foster meaningful, deep relationships, discussions, and actions to see lasting change. Synergy is achievable, and we are confident we can help you see that goal realized in your organization.
Do you have a la carte options?
While we encourage our students to go through the curriculum sequentially, we welcome students to take whatever level of 5-classes that interest them. For corporations or organizations, we can discuss your needs for custom curriculum. Email us at [email protected] to discuss this option!
We need a very custom plan, can we discuss this?
Absolutely! We are passionate about serving you in the ways you need. Please reach out to us via our Connect page, and we will get back to you quickly to discuss your needs further.

We’re not in Colorado, can we still work together?
We currently offer our classes in person, but we are actively working on creating a digital course version so students can access it from anywhere in the world!
