Transcending Resistance: Bystanders, Cynics, & Victims
Learn the definition of types of resistance behavior when attempting to implement stewardship & partnership principles for any type of reform of organization structure and/or governance with actions and strategies to confront doubt, helplessness, and indifference.

Stewardship Agreements
Explore the agreement necessary for instituting stewardship principles into an organization or a community. The nature, elements, and how to sustain stewardship agreements.

Wednesday March 4

Real Reform with the Stewardship Model
Learn the importance of reformed governance strategies that include partnership, ownership, and redistribution of power. Focus will be on the sustainability of stewardship principles as the organization and/or community evolves and grows.
